Friendly welcoming hosts, invited us to feed the animals which was a delight

The surrounding nature and the view from the bed. The bed was so comfortable. The hosts, Sea and Carl, were very helpful, friendly and gave good advice of what to do.

A magical and extraordinary accommodation including attentive hosts.

Location was perfect not far for some iconic places really enjoyed the drive 10 out10 from me

If you travel up those way you will experience lots of one lane Bridges narrow roads lots of steep hills and of course great views.

Proprietari disponibili e gentilissimi. Posto stupendo, si vedono le stelle benissimo. Intorno solo natura e silenzio. Camera bella e magica.. come tutto il resto.

We had a really nice stay here. The hosts were really friendly and welcoming. Fenrir the dog is a gorgeous boy! I was so excited to see him in the morning. We got to feed the donkeys and goats in the morning and have a lovely chat about the hosts plans for the farm. The bed was comfortable as well & we loved the complimentary tea and coffee. Give Fenrir a hug for us! 😊

The only issues we had were that the door didn’t shut properly (it’s bowing in the middle) & the bathroom window had no privacy glass or curtains so people outside can see you in there. Also to note, there is nobody else around apart from the hosts so there should be nobody there to see you & the cabin was still very warm even with the door bowed. The hosts did provide a mosquito net if you choose to use it. To be fair to the hosts, we didn’t mention this while we stayed so they weren’t to know we had a problem with it.

Sea and Karl were very welcoming hosts and shared lots of local knowledge on this spectacular part of the country, not to mention an inspirational lifestyle and vision for the property. We also loved meeting Fenn the dog and feeding the goats and mini donkeys. The cottage was cosy with everything we needed and as per the description and photos. Although not a big deal for us, two things worth keeping in mind are that the bathroom is close by in the main house which may be a slight hassle in poor weather and the nearest place for a meal could be a 25min drive away in Collingwood (as was the case for us at 7.30pm on a Thursday).
