Very spacious home for a big family. Good facilities, not too far from Birmingham centre by car. The house was clean and the host was helpful resolved my query very quickly. I would 100% recommend.

The garden was not accessible because was not well maintained which is a shame.

Nice and spacious rooms with driveway for parking.

The sofa’s in the living room were very big making the room look crowded.

Yesterday weather was nice we friend want to enjoy in garden so many bushes and grass was so big every where mess in garden

Kitchen was workable..lacked sharp knives

The bathroom was clogged and unusable for 3 days. Took multiple messages and phone calls to fix the problem. There were no cover sheets to comfort ores. The back yard had trash scattered from previous tenants. Could not lock the dining room . There were no instructions to working the heater controls. The towels were raggedy and not enough.

House was tidy and clean from the outside with plenty of parking space for two cars. Nice location & plenty of amenities within walking distance.

Once we entered the property we immediately had an issue with the downstairs toilet being blocked, not ideal when “professional cleaners” were supposed to have cleaned the house & there were 10 of us staying together. I emailed the property they said they’d send someone round to look at it however no one turned up over the 3 days of our stay. Electrics within the house were also faulty, the living room light kept flickering on and off and at one point we were sat in the dark because of this issue. Thankfully the conservatory had light however, again for 10 people, 6 chairs weren’t exactly ideal. If you’re saying you can house up to 10 people it would make sense to have extra chairs stored somewhere so everyone can be seated appropriately and not sitting on windowsills etc. We were also rudely awaken at 4am by the fire alarm? going off… another electric fault. We also had an issue with towels… there were none. Property states that bed linens and towels will be supplied - not the case, we had to go and buy our own. There was also trash in the back yard which hadn’t been moved, headboards on beds were broken (by previous guests, which we were informed of) and doors/walls were covered in makeup stains. Thankfully all of this didn’t crush our spirits as we just took it on the chin and dealt with it, as really, we only needed a place to rest our heads however it’s not expected when the place looks immaculate on pictures and we paid quite a hefty price for 2 nights. Property could be lovely if it were looked after, tidied up and issues raised above were actually addressed. Seems that the house is owned by a property company more interested in money than the experience for guests.
