Rooms are clean and the facility is new

Family suites are not in the pictures that they advertise. They are in a seperate building upstairs of the car park. Does not include any view of the mountains. This is false advertising

This place is very nice, the staff are extremely helpful and the pool is beautiful. Breakfast and dinner buffets are quite good with a good variety. Views are very nice from the pool and rooftop bar.

The location is a bit hard to find, best to call the hotel and get directions and also difficult to get to especially if you are in a larger vehicle. Room had a few geckos and ants but apart from that the room was nice and clean.

Amazing hotel and perfect stay for Christmas! This was our second time at Skyloft. We stayed in the new apartments which provided our family lots of space. The staff helped our family make Christmas magical for our children by providing a small Christmas tree to decorate. The building is beautiful and well decorated. Clean. We sat at the rooftop bar every night. Al la carte food was great. Buffet breakfast was ok. Yes it is far from downtown but as a result you get an amazing panoramic view of the surrounding hills. Sunsets are stunning.

Needs more sunloungers by pool and comfortable furniture in common areas. Pool is very cold and would be nice to be heated slightly. Shouldn’t have to pay to play pool table.

The location of the property gave a vantage point to see the whole city. It was nice and cosy.

The location was tough to access. The hotel has Resturant so did not need to go any further.

Very friendly and helpful staff. A gorgeous infinity pool that allowed amazing sunset views over the Kandy city horizon.

Slightly small room sizes. The building was quite noisy because of the stairwell, open kitchen and dining areas all being connected meaning lots of echoing off the hard surfaces, which caused disturbances early in the morning. The buffet breakfast and dinner options were very basic and limited, and food was often not warm or hot enough to enjoy. We ate out more often in the city, however the a la carte option in the hotel was reasonable for dinner.

Das Skyloft liegt oberhalb von Kandy mit einem herzlichen Blick über die Stadt. Unsere Zimmer im Nebengebäude waren riesig und sehr komfortabel. Es war ruhig und sauber. Wir waren zwei Nächte im Skyloft und haben spontan das Abendessen und das Frühstück dazugebucht. Alles sehr lecker. Das Personal war jederzeit herzlich und zuvorkommend.

Durch die Lage am Hang ist die Anfahrt etwas schwierig und länger. Wer lieber im Trubel von Kandy wohnt sollte das beachten - uns hat es so besser gefallen
