I will say the check-in staff and reception service was welcoming. I felt like I could go to the front desk and ask for assistance and they would make an effort or attempt to listen to my concerns. Edina ran the front desk, and should get more recognition how she was holding things down with professionalism. The food was delicious and great cocktails, and the management service lead by Charles was supportive

As an American with lineage to Tanzania, that is black woman, I observed several times that other tourist that were Caucasian received prompt service, and was encouraged by the hotel owner. This was disappointing to me, I tried to educate and encourage the staff multiple times. I would say that this is a reflection of poor hotel management and not the staff. I observed the hotel manager supporting the behavior.

Thankfully, all of the staff are very hospitable, friendly, and very accommodating.

Room - all the windows only got insect screen and curtain so expect that you will hear the noise from outside clearly. Our room was next to the main kitchen so we can hear the pots and pans. The bed is so tall that is not suitable for kids to sleep in. The pool was green so we didn't use it at all. The rooms are beachfront but it's still far from the beach. Chatted to the manager and he informed me that they are having a resort renovation so hopefully, it will be much better in the future. Breakfast options are okay.

The staff was very kind to my child. They were flexible at check-out time.

Meal serving time tended to be delayed.
