Vang Vieng Victory Hostel

Staff were amazing and so helpful. We booked a tour through them and also our sleeper bus to Hanoi. The breakfast was so good and lots of fresh fruit. Laundry service was fast amd clothes smelt great after. Really good location. Good aircon. Really good value for money.

Wifi wasn't that good but its okay as most people have a good data plan sooo it's not a bother 😀

The room was nice and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and lovely. They helped us book tours hot balloon & transfer us to the train station. The hotel is located at city center. It's easy to go around by ourselves.

We struggled a bit with the room. The toilet kept getting blocked and the pressure in the shower was really bad. The latter I think was to do with the filter in the shower which stopped water coming through. I'm not sure if this needed changing. The fruit at breakfast was nice but we weren't the biggest fans of the cooked breakfast and instant coffee.

Comfy/reasonably priced spot in town. The breakfast was nice. Rooms are small but have everything you need. Can walk to restaurants/bike rental/7-11 etc. Good for a few nights! Little porch as well.

Room is a little cramped if you have a lot of baggage

Location was good, everywhere in town was walkable. AC was fantastic, and could stay on during the day. So nice returning to a cold room. Owner was very helpful, let us have breakfast early after we did the hot air balloon, helped with booking buses, did laundry very quickly and at a good price and we extended our stay for another 2 nights with no problems. Also his dog was very sweet.

The hostess/receptionist was very accommodating with a hospitable vibe. She made sure to attend to our needs even though she was busy running errands. The location is also close to a lot of food places.

The Wifi could be improved.
