"Margate was super and loved the apartment for our short trip!"

Our stay at Modern Sea View Apartment in Margate was perfect. The apartment was spacious and very clean, we had a sea view from the bedroom window, and the unit was very close to everything we wanted to do while in Margate. The hosts, Mat and Blake, were incredibly attentive to all of our questions and very quick to respond. It was a great holiday, and we would definitely stay there again.

There isn't anything to complain about; it was a really nice spot to stay. The host were super attentive even answering a question that I had late at night.

Really liked the decor in living room and bedroom/ reading room. Good facilities and everything we needed to cook whilst there. Great location and clear instructions on finding the place. Great value for money

The kitchen and bathroom were a little bit grubby, clean but could do with an upgrade in places and a bit more of a deep clean. If you're a light sleeper be aware the road is fairly noisy and you can hear the upstairs residents/ guests banging about a lot. I asked about stairs due to being pregnant and was told there was an image in the listing, there wasn't and the stairs were quite steep so just one to be aware of access wise.

It is a lovely apartment, clean and comfortable- A great location to explore Cliftonville and Margate. Has a super comfy bed. The owners were very good in their communication.

Loved the fact that there was coffee, tea and sugar provided. Also a cute place with fun touches like the connect 4 game (we enjoyed a few games).

"Good locale but uncomfortable beds"

Good location and easy to access the property. The flat was a good size and we had a quiet night’s sleep.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable – my friends coped for a night but wouldn’t have been happy staying for longer. The shower was fine but the water pressure wasn’t great.
