Modern Sea View Apartment

Comfortable bed and sitting area. Really liked the little nook room too, with bean bags and a library of books. Kitchen was well equipped. Owners were very prompt and communicative, and pleasant to deal with. Easy walk in to Margate Old Town, the seafront and costal path. Cliftonville is a nice area with lots of cafes and interesting shops - supermarket just a few minutes away too.

This is not the fault of the owners, but as a solo traveller, I would have preferred more security. The shared gate was never locked and the downstairs shared door also is left unlocked. I had absolutely no issues though during my stay.

The check in was so easy, the host is very responsible, there are free parking close to the apartment, the location was very good and the apartment was clean.

Modern sea view apartment was lovely, I stayed here with my three children, we had everything we could possibly need and more, the apartment was decorated very nice and it was lovely and clean, the hosts communicate well and are very nice, they were just a call or text away if there were any problems or I didn’t know how to use anything but it was all straight forward and easy to work out, it was very easy to find and we felt very comfortable and safe here, I wish I could have moved in haha, we loved the fact that it was closer to a quieter beach away from main sands in Margate but at the same time it is not far from the main sands and dreamland and all the attractions, it is located in a good spot, it was perfect for us.. thank you so much ☺️

Beautiful and cozy apartment. We stayed for a week and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The host checked in with us to see whether we needed anything and immediately provided what we were missing (i.e. a drying rack). The neighborhood may not look too nice at first (the rain upon our arrival didn't help), but there are plenty of nice and hip restaurants and bars, as well as small shops in the vicinity. The town center is reasonably close, as is the sea (which you can see from the apartment). We also always found a parking spot nearby.

Nothing the host can change, but it may be important to know for some guests that the stairs to the apartment are very narrow.

Good views. Well presented. Clean with nice touches provided by owner. An easy walk to everywhere in Margate, parking nearby was quite easy. Good value.

Arriving at front main gate and courtyard, all a bit run down. But once inside all fine.

Spotless, good facilities tea and coffee, ideal location to visit Margate. Would highly recommend this flat and an excellent price. Parking to the side. Very quiet.
