Great large apartment for family. Everything you need for a long stay is there. Good location not far from central bus station.

Minor issues: strange issues with some lights and el. sockets not working. Also during summer season el. heater for towels not working in the bathroom.

The apartment location was good, security entrance and good car park underground. The apartment supervisor was friendly.

The apartment was missing curtons in bedrooms, we could not sleep.well after 4 AM after sun rise. The apartment smell was annoying and there was no AC, you need to consider AC is you visit Zakopane in summer. The furniture is little old.

The property was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed to cook meals. Beds were comfortable and the bed linen was very nice . Towels and spare bedding provided. Easy to park in the underground car park. Access to a small pool, kids play area was a bonus

The apartment is in a great location. Apartment was clean and modern, and the pool facilities in a separate building opposite the main block were great to have access to after a days skiing. Easy walk into town, and having a parking space at the apartment was crucial.

Not the easiest company to deal with, partially language but also a lack of information. It would be great if the booking had more information about the choice of apartment as there are a number and they are different, and if the company provided more information on parking, picking up keys, bins, cleaning, local tax etc.

The location is good, kitchen and 2 bedrooms was comfortable.

A sofa bed in living room was terrible for sleep. No baby cot or even bedding set for 1years old baby.
