"Stay away! Warn down and bad customer service."

Apartment we got was run down: old scratched furniture, holes in upholstery, hole in the wall, plate missing on the door lock, bed in the bedroom was so squeaky - impossible to sleep. Water from the shower was leaking all over the bathroom - glass doors did not properly seal. Staff had hard time speaking English and was very difficult to deal with. It’s my understanding that apartments at this property are run by various companies, and one we got was not the best. Stay away from apartment 38.

"Exceptional"

A clean, large apartment.

The bed sheets were not so comfortable (it just came out of the bed) Breakfast isn't worth the money. You get a pre ordered box with some goods in it.

"Modern clean apartment"

Central to facilities. Lovely modern apartment, one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in. Nice to have the free pool for the kids and adults.
