The service, the shuttle scheduled time is not convenient, breakfast à la carte could be improved, not a lot of choices, too far from the city center and the street to join the center is not in a good condition so no possible to go by bike. Moreover, it is in the dark, so in the evening is not easy. The shower is open, so you flood the entire bathroom after a shower.

L’idée

La réalisation. Le propreté la mauvaise qualité des équipements. Les draps étaient sales et la poussière pas faite depuis très longtemps. Sur les photos on dirait que les matériaux sont bon mais c’est du plastique

Bungalow Flottant très agréable avec une superbe vue sur la rivière. Petit déjeuner et repas excellent. Personnel attentif et propose des bonnes excursions. Navette pour aller en ville (faisable à pied). À recommander

The property had spectacular views from the deck, there is only 7 rooms, all floating and you can just jump in the river. The bed is super comfy, the bathroom well equipped with a big bath, and the breakfast is great! Good choices and huge portions. Staff are friendly and helpful with any questions

The rooms have no sound proofing and we were in a room that had another one close by. The lady staying in this room got back late and was very loud when she got in with her “friend” we could hear every word. Then some friends of hers turned up in the restaurant and it was very noisy. There is no night staff so this would have maybe stopped this. So this a great place to stay as long as you don’t have a noisy neighbour!

It’s very special and unique. We were there in November and waking up to fog over the waters was just so surreal. It was calm and quiet, almost eerie. But beautiful. The cabin was cozy and the bed comfortable. If you go in November/December (their winter months) bring a coat! It’s cold and property does not have heater unit. I like that they have their own restaurant too.

I liked the property but not gonna lie-a little heat would’ve made the stay a little more comfortable. But I would do it all over again even in the cold. I would just be better prepared next time.

The Float House is out of this world. It's location looks like something straight out of an Avatar movie. It was an incredible experience to swim off the balcony in the Mekong River. I can thank Xar enough. A wonderful guy working there, who goes above and beyond to help guests. I will definitely return one day.
