So beautiful and peaceful! Very few guests as there are only a few floating houses, breakfast is perfect and the location a dream

Équipement un peu rustique manque des chevets pour apporter un côté douillet Le chalet n’avait pas dû être aérer, il faisait très humide Le manque d’empathie de la propriétaire en effet, je suis arrivée avec l’impossibilité de poser le pied à terre suite foulure aussi elle a du aide mon époux à porter les bagages et Mme était très agacée !! Pire nous avons dû réduire ( à cause de mon pied il y avait 50 marches pour rejoindre le chalet )notre séjour à 2 nuits au lieu de 3 malgré la requête du réceptionniste aucun geste commercial nous avons payé l’intégralité du séjour À noter que cet hôtel est loin du village et malgré la Navette c’est un handicap

This room was one of the most incredible rooms I’ve ever stayed in! The view was beautiful and we felt really comfortable during our stay. We loved the bathroom and enjoyed a hot bubble bath daily with the view at sunset! It was really fun being picked up from the front porch/deck by boat for a day trip. We could book the trip through the front desk and they also sorted some laundry out for us at a reasonable price too. You do need to go down a few stairs to access the room but this should be obvious to anyone booking. Our stay here was really memorable and we’d recommend it as worth the treat as it’s such a great experience!

No major issues, there were some creepy crawlers in the room but I do think that is to be expected when staying in a location like this. We did find most of the staff here to be less welcoming than other places we’ve stayed in Laos, for example when asking for the shuttle service were made to feel like we were inconveniencing the staff despite it being one of the reasons we booked. The breakfast also needs some work - we’d enjoyed the rice porridge in other much cheaper hotels but here we were served synthetic instant rice porridge. Not what you expect at this price point. There was one young man who was always friendly and helpful however. We would have appreciated the bar being open later than 9.30 which was the time of the last shuttle back from town. It did feel like we were under a bedtime curfew.

Every time we took a shower, there was water dripping from the ceiling into the bedroom.

L’emplacement est génial. À l’égard de la ville, au calme et à 2 pas du sentier qui monte au point de vue. J’ai dormi 2 nuits. C’était super. Il y a une baignoire dans la salle de bain !! Amazing Personnel réactif et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. J’ai mangé un soir c’était très bon. Laverie sur place Coucher de soleil magnifique
