Wembley Villa Diani Beach

I like the cozy environment and the garden surrounding the villa ,cute shelter where i had my coffee every morning , the staff were so friendly and helping (grace+jhon+guard) all were like a family , the beach jst cross the road i walk & enjoy everyday ,diani is an AMAZING place

Perfect location. John the host was very helpful and kind. He made sure we had everything we needed.

I liked that it had 3 beds for 3 adults unlike other places that have only two beds. It was a clean space, the staff were good too.

There was a smell in the house though it was clean, I just couldn't pinpoint where.

We loved the warm welcome from the Wembley staff starting with Mitchell, she was ready to help us with directions even late at night since we arrived late. John also had waited for us and was there to guide us on what we expect there, giving us a brief description of the surroundings. We liked his interaction, always ready to help, he was there during checkout since we left very early. Last but not least is Madam Grace, very friendly to guests, she made us feel comfortable. She was very helpful even in giving directions at the nearest shopping centre. We really enjoyed our stay there thanks to the friendly staff

Well since nothing is perfect, and we saw on going property development, we wish you add this to the villas, fly trap, the flies were really a nuisance to us. Disturbing the comfort there. Kindly give this a consideration.

Easy walk to the beach

The price from booking.com was 3965ksh but l was instructed to pay 4965ksh on arrival which for me was totally misleading

Nice bathroom. Grace the housekeeper was very kind.

The hosts weren't very kind, there was blood on the pillow case, towel and mosquito net when we arrived. They brought us new pillow cases that were too small for the pillows so they ripped. There was construction in the next room that was very loud. We ran out of toilet paper and I asked for more but they wouldn't bring us any. It was hotter in the room than outside. It's further from the beach than it says on google maps. Probably like a 25 minute walk.

The staff on site where great but the staff on the phone were not.

Unless you have a car getting the location leaves a lot to be desired. Also a tiny fan in a bedroom made this one of my most uncomfortable evenings I spent in Kenya

Nobody bothered us and security was good

They should clarify that they have a baby pool not a swimming pool
