Wembley Villa Diani Beach

There was nothing good about this place. I arrived on 29/12/2023 at around 2300.The room was too hot upstairs and could not even stand for 5minutes. They gave us another house with air conditioning for extra fee which I agreed. The new room was dirty, mosquitoes with no mosquito nets, ants & spiders everywhere. The bathroom door was not closing and the microwave was not working. In the morning, they wanted to fix the door while still in the room and it was so noisy for us. No cooking water or even a bottle of drinking water. I told the management to refund my money I go somewhere else. They haven't refunded the money even now and they told me to deal with booking.com. The day before the checking in the told me to pay through the bank or M-pesa. I told the management I will pay on the arrival which I did pay for 3 days for Kshs. 45,000. They have not refunded my money for 2 days even today.

The hosts were so welcoming and hospitable. The place is not so far away from major things.

I wish they could be cleaning the place everyday.

Utterly unprofessional establishment. Unable to manage expectations. And a general callous attitude towards their clients.

I really love how the place is near the beach, the calming environment and the ambience was so breathtaking . The host was also so kind and charismatic
