Charming home in Beverley

The house was perfectly located for a 10 minute walk into Beverley and was absolutely value for money. The house was furnished like a home from home, cosy and warm with a large kitchen table for 5 of us to sit around. Little touches like teabags meant we didn't need to buy too many things to take with us. We also struggled to find it at first (misunderstanding on my part) and the host actually came out to show us where to go. Beds were very comfy with fab pillows. Towels were soft. Parking was easy with a permit arranged by the host. A fab little find that we'll definitely consider using again!

Very nice house with everything we needed in it. Good size rooms, clean apart from a couple of cobwebs( not that bothered us). Would recommend to others.

Only one problem the boys had. Didn't matter how hard they tried could not get anything on the TV.Minor detail.

How lovely and comfortable it was .You absolutely do not need anything it’s all provided for you ,from fluffy white towels to an air fryer .We had a fantastic stay and have already booked to come back in August.Even when we had a small problem the host was straight on it and was dealt with straight away ,

Excellent Family home, more than enough room for a big family, only 1 night for us but was really nice, loved the complimentary biscuits and was the first game of chess iv had in years.

Everything was great, if I were a reviewer the only thing I could find a fault with was the TV could do with a reset as a bit laggy and possibly a pad lock on the outside rear gate

Check in was straight forward and the host answered any questions we had. The house was very well presented and super warm.

Good location close to the centre of Beverley. Sandra sorted free parking outside the house.

Great location for us. Easy parking arrangement. Well appointed property, even includes an air-fryer! Great idea to use a door code rather than a key. Clean and well presented. Lovely and cosy in the cold spell we had. Dog friendly and even had bowls in the garden for them.

Would be nice to have a radio or bluetooth speaker in the kitchen diner.

Great location. Only a short walk from shops, bars and restaurants
