"Superb"

The house had everything we needed and more. Lots of extras that we haven't found in other places we stayed in. It's easy to find and park. Owners very responsive to any queries.

I'm glad we didn't have the dogs with us as it's a busy road outside

The property information, directions and access were really accurate and helpful. On entering it exceeded expectations being to a really high standard of decoration and where someone has catered for everything that you could want (and above) and an excellent welcome pack. Spotlessly Clean with lovely cosy bedding.

This could not be better so definitely not something I don't like - but just a note the stairs to the upstairs are traditional so quite steep and although handrails are provided may not be suitable for those with mobility issues as toilet facilities are ground floor.

Excellent location. Everything you could need in the house. Cosy.

"Perfect place to stay in Beverley"

Amazing place to stay. Everything you could need and more. Kitchen equipment was the best I have ever seen. The interior of the house and decoration are exceptional. The beds are incredibly comfortable and cosy. The shower is perfect. Sandra is a warm and very helpful host. If we can book, this will be our first choice for stays in Beverley from now on. Permit parking a bonus

"We had a nice couple of days."

Very smart, very clean, lots of equipment, plenty of space, Not central but not too long a walk from town centre. We paid a realistic price.

No toilet on bedroom levels. The heating works and there are no restrictions on use, but in cold weather it struggles against the draughts created by the open plan layout.

"Great little find"

The location was excellent for the town centre and the racecourse. The owner was really courteous and helpful & left extras in the house. Lovely outside patio backyard area. Exceptionally clean too.

Nothing at all really. Bathroom being downstairs is not ideal but not a problem.
