La TV non funzionava, molte lampadine erano fulminate, alla vasca/doccia si accede attraverso dei gradini molto pericolosi

Top Lage direkt in den Gassen der Altstadt. Gute Größe. Checkin automatisch hat gut geklappt.

Ausstattung eher dürftig (insb. in der Küche). Keine Reisetipps oder Ähnliches, wie man es sonst von Ferienwohnungen kennt.. WLAN funktioniert nicht. Ein Schlafzimmer liegt im Durchgang zum Bad- nicht so komfortabel.

Die Lage

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat nur sehr schleppend funktioniert bzw. hat er mich als Buchende nicht einmal kontaktiert, obwohl ich ihm mehrere Male anschrieb. Die Kommunikation lief ausschließlich über meinen Freund und da auch nur sehr verzögert, teilweise 1 Tag später. Des Weiteren habe ich zu bemängeln, dass es keinen Hinweis in der Unterkunftsbeschreibung gibt, dass das Bad mit Wc an eines der Schlafräume angegliedert ist. D.h. muss jmd. aus dem anderen Schlafzimmer aufs Klo muss er durch das andere Schlafzimmer. Außerdem ist das 2. Schlafzimmer über eine sehr gefährliche Treppe zu erreichen, für Kinder und ältere Personen nicht geeignet. Ebenso ist die Dusche für Kinder und ältere Menschen ungeeignet, da der Einstieg äußerst schwierig ist! Das W-LAN funktionierte ebenfalls nicht, grundsätzlich, aber eine Information wäre wünschenswert gewesen.

Location was excellent.

Climbing into the bath to have a shower is Dangerous and made worse because the light was out above the bath. No instructions on how to work anything Internet does not work. See previous comments by others. When you highlight this over WhatsApp you are told the technician is looking into it and sent emojis 🙏🤞🏻 It doesn’t get fixed. Aircon in bedroom is not working. Water runs down the wall into the bed and near a plug socket. Very dangerous. This was a known fault so it should have had a sign on it saying it should not be used. If you are looking for somewhere that has aircon, internet and is suitable for disabled then do not book this.

La ubicación perfecta. El apartamento agradable, con muy buenas vistas

El apartamento no es recomendable para personas mayores. Hay varios desniveles, uno de ellos cerca de la cama con el peligro de caerse si se levanta de noche. El acceso a la ducha es peligroso y no dispone de asas donde agarrarse. El hecho de tener un único baño dentro de la única habitación que existe en el apartamento hace incómoda la estancia tanto para los que duermen en esa habitación como para los que tienen que atravesarla para ir al baño (creo que es un ppunto clave y se debería especificar en el anuncio del apartamento). El único armario del apartamento donde poder colgar la ropa está en la habitación lo que molestas también cada vez que tienes que entrar a por algo. La red wifi prácticamente no funcionó en toda nuestra estancia. El equipamiento de la cocina tiene algunos déficits fácilmente superables (sólo había dos cucharitas de café para todos....).

Ein sehr schönes altes Haus mitten im Zentrum mit tollem Ambiente. Wir haben es sehr genossen, mitten im Geschehen zu sein und trotzdem privat. Wir konnten alle Ziele gut zu Fuß erreichen.

Ein Schlafzimmer war Durchgangszimmer zum gemeinsamen Bad. Das Internet funktionierte nicht, es gab auch Stromausfall durch Gewitter, möglicherweise hing es damit zusammen.

Excellent location in the centre of Verona just off Piazza Erbe. The communal areas and lift were all clean and well presented. Instructions to find/enter the apartment were clear, and we were also sent a little video, which was useful. The apartment was generally clean and quiet with pretty views across the rooftops. The beds were comfortable, although the mattress on the sofa bed is fairly thin.

It's a shame the apartment lacks the little extras we have found in other apartments. There is a coffee machine but no coffee pods and a dishwasher but no dishwasher tablets. There was also no washing up liquid or kitchen paper, so we had to go out and buy those. Also, strangely, there is no tea-towel. The WiFi did not work during our stay, which we reported, but unfortunately, this was not resolved. I was aware of the steps/different levels in the apartment from other reviews, so this was not a problem but could be an issue for people with mobility issues.
