The owner was a kind man. He is very understanding. The location is very close to the old city of Marrakech. You can easily access to the main square.

This hotel should upgrade cleaning especially for shared bathrooms.

La ducha estaba rota, el personas tardaba en responder y hubo casos que ni respondió. El baño no tenía puerta! La puerta de ingreso a la habitación no podía trabajarse del lado interno. Simón, el encargado quiso cobrarnos de más al ingresar. Les solicitamos que arreglen la puerta y nos invitaron a irnos o en su defecto pagar de más por otro cuarto. Pésima experiencia. El alojamiento totalmente sucio, tanto habitación, cocina y patio. Un desorden general. Falta de mantenimiento

I dont know how booking.com advertises this property as it is not fit for purpose. When I reached, no one was there and I had to wait an hour until someone arrived. The room main door doesnt shut. Its latch was also broken, so it can neither be closed nor locked. There was absolutely nothing provided inside and most importantly, the room allowed just about 4 feet of space to stand. I had no clue about this & hence cancelled immediately.
