New apartments in borjomi

We stayed for one night. The host met us personally and kindly offered to help with our luggage. It was great that we could park our car freely. The apartment had everything we needed, and it was comfortable even for four people. The WiFi was stable, which was very important for us. We left the car and walked to the city center in about 15–20 minutes.

The only thing we really missed was air conditioning, especially during the hot weather.

Отличные новые апартаменты. В квартире чисто и есть всё, что нужно. Хозяин очень отзывчивый. Место тихое, пешком от центрального парка минут 20. Большой магазин через мостик - около 7-10 минут пешком

Когда мы были, не работал лифт. Нужно подниматься пешком на 4й этаж. Нам было не критично

The place was so good. It's an apartment on the 4th floor. Everything was so comfortable and had an amazing interior design.

The place wasn't spacious and we didn't have a view on the river, we had one towards the mountains, but it wasn't bad at all. The place definitely needed an AC, we didn't really have one, and it was very hot. And one more thing worth mentioning is the shower, not sure why but the water flow was too weak and it was just a hassle to shower. And also the elevator wasn't working (there was one, but i guess it was new and not working yet).

It was very clean, comfortable and very cozy

What is advertised is what you get. To ease accessible, do check in on time and prior sunset. Friendly and prompt response from the owner. Must stop over when you are at Borjomi.
