New apartments in borjomi

Everything was perfect. Wonderful host. We had a late spontaneous check-in, the owner sent detailed instructions how to get into the apartment. The apartment had everything you needed for a comfortable stay.

The location is absolutely lovely – quiet, serene, and with stunning mountain views. It’s the perfect spot for anyone looking to relax and enjoy some peaceful time surrounded by nature. The homeowner was incredibly helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.

A pleasant apartment with a nice view. We particularly liked the well-appointed kitchen..The apartment is in a very quiet location in terms of traffic noise, but that said, there were a lot of barking dogs nearby - a common issue we are experiencing in Georgia!

Our bed was very uncomfortable and had a hard mattress with springs poking into us. Be aware that the apartment is on the fourth floor of an unfinished building and the lift doesn't work, so you will have to carry everything up/down yourself.

Apartment is new and neat

The appartment building looks a bit weird - like construction is not finished yet, elevators are not working, common area looks like construction site

The apartment is clean, cozy and is located right across the bridge from city center, so all the places that a tourist might need to visit are very accessible. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate. Would definitely recommend this place and will stay there again

Nothing, and the person in charge is not honest

Everything was amazing! The apartment has everything necessary for comfort life, even Netflix. the host was very responsive.

To tell the truth it is just very challenging to find accommodation for family of 4 in Borjomi that would be at least nice. This place was pretty nice, but there are so many nuances. All in all it is just fine, especially if you do not have high expectations or you travel alone.

There were some flies inside wardrobe. We did not find towels in separated bedroom (although it was clear that we were travelling with 2 kids, so 4 people in total). Also there was no towel or tissues in the kitchen as well as no corkscrew or bottle-opener, but a dirty pan. As for bathroom: there was strange dirty mop, no shampoo and even to find toilet paper was a little bit of challenge.
