Beautiful setting, with rolling hills, cows and wildflowers. The hut is fantastically kitted out with everything you could need (and more like marshmallows for toasting on the firepit). Jenny & Kevin gave us a warm and informative welcome. It was all super cute. They are adding a hot tub soon which will be amazing too.

Just wanted to say that my stay at the hut was absolutely beautiful. Everything was so cosy and the scenery was breathtaking. Thanks for making it such a memorable experience! The hosts were the most amazing couple and welcomed us with such kindness. Forever grateful!

Shared outdoor area. Although it was fine and the other guests were very mindful and shared the firepit and BBQ, if you did want some privacy this might be a problem for you. I have to say, this did not affect our experience, it was still the best place we have booked and stayed in North Devon.

We absolutely loved staying at this shepherd's hut. Couldn't fault the experience! The hut was spotless. Lovely decor and the host provided teas/coffee/biscuits and even some fresh eggs and milk! I was at a wedding for most of my stay so I would have loved to spent more time enjoying the hut! I will definetly be returning!

Amazing little hut, very cozy and clean with thoughtful little touches from butter, bread, fresh farm eggs to logs that are topped up everyday. Beautiful farm setting and very friendly & helpful hosts. Had an amazing relaxing farm holiday here!

No cooker and no tv

The hut was in a really good condition, furnished and equipped to a great standard. Really warm inside even in winder when the fire place is on. Well insulated hut!

The telescope on site, if one like gazing at stars at night, did not seem to work. The hut would also benefit from a little fridge, like the ones in hotel rooms.

the shephards huts location is outstanding, the little touches inside were amazing and so much thought has gone into each one.

that I only booked one night ! wish I had a booked longer!
