"Stunning Room, Great Location, Awesome Staff!"

The staff, especially Nathalia at reception, went out of her way to accommodate us. We felt extremely welcome and can't wait to come back! We had the deluxe suite with a private balcony overlooking the beach and it was truly magical. The food, cocktails, and service were all excellent, and the hotel is super pet friendly. Absolutely recommend!

The pool could use a bit of a scrub, unfortunately, it didn't seem very clean. This wasn't an issue for us however, as the ocean is literally a stone's throw away!

The hotel plays extremely loud music DAY and NIGHT. It never stops. The hotel should make a decision to be a night club or a hotel. Not both. The music is so loud it's stupid. Literally messy DJs playing music at screaming deafening volumes 10 feet from the rooms. Not cool. You'll make more money being chic and charming.

"Nightclub Nightmare "

If you like trying to sleep inside a nightclub with hundreds of people literally just outside your door with the music base vibrating your entire room like a migraine until 5am over the entire new years week… then this hotel is for YOU!
