Terrible He pedido ayuda a hoteles.com por medio de chat y de llamada sin exito, me dijeron del call center de ustedes que me regresarían la llamada y que lo resolverian y tengo 5 hrs esperandolos Trato en recepcion pesimo grosero y discriminatorio Yo reserve una habitación con aire acondicionado y no quisieron dármela y dicen que ellos no trabajan con hoteles.com y que ustedes me hicieron fraude me engañaron y me mintieron Exijo ayuda

Super cool hotel on the beach front. Day drinking on the beach. Great music at the bar. Cool vibes. Will definitely come back.

I didn't eat breakfast there. I did have a coffee. I had to wait until 7:30am to get one but it was very welcome when it came.

Oddly enough, the place was so chill that i discovered last night i hadn't paid and need to phone them to fix that.

I especially liked the intelligent and patient young woman who checked me in. She works in the bar at night and was very helpful

I booked the terrace room 15 for 2 nights. There were 3 rats in my room. They kept coming back from the roof. After some discussion they gave me a different room. The next day they wanted me to go back into room 15. I refused. The manager did not bother to talk to me until I was about to leave. They agreed to reemburse me for the night and I checked out. Despite several messages, the money never came back to my credit card. I hope they do something about the rat problem..

Todo bien solo que hay un club a un lado que los fines de semana te es imposible dormir, desde las 8 pm hasta las 4 am terminan y es muy molesto si tu plan es ir a descansar
