The view of the valley has been obstructed by a new concrete structure.I believe a hotel is coming up just behind the hotel

Initially had heating issue but with the concern and efforts of GM and staff later it was OK

The staff in the restaurant was very hospital and kind. The hotel is fairly new and is made well. The rooms are comfortable and well lit.

The breakfast spread can be improved and with a little more improvement in food taste, the Hotel stay could be ideal. There was a serious incident at the hotel where a family member was injured because of a glass door breakage which could have been handled better by the administration. The views from the hotel could have been a lot better, but for the construction ongoing. The location of the hotel is a bit away from main Pahalgam centre, but if someone wants to stay in a peaceful location and has a car, this place can work well.

We didn't know that they could not accept our credit card. We have to collect all the cash from all my friends to pay the hotel which is extremely inconvenient.

The staff were super friendly. For ex.when they were out of my choice of dessert, they offered alternate dessert on the house. Receptionist was super helpful while doing midnight check-in and later on asked the cabbie to take care of us during our tour.

On the first night there was some loud party music playing until 1 am in the morning. And it was shaking the whole of our room in the third floor.

The hotel is designed very tastefully with nicely decorated reception. There is a reading corner where you can borrow books and read. Rooms are big and very clean. Staff is courteous. They have a coffee shop with a panoramic view. It will get functional from the 2nd week of May. View from the balcony is amazing as you can see lidder valley and snow-capped mountains. Balcony is only for the hi-end category room. We stayed for 2 days(April 29-30,2023). The food is good. We tried both buffet and ala-carte.

There is a construction going on, so it does make both noise and spoils your view from the balcony. The hotel is very new - landscaping, gardens spa etc work are still undergoing so if you chose to stay please come prepared.
