"The property is decent but the hotel is open for bookings too early without a proper test run"

Being a new property, the staff are very courteous and are eager to impress. The place is clean and new and the location is ok and away from the hustle and bustle of the town. The hotel also offered us a complimentary room upgrade

The hotel is still a WIP(work in progress) and has teething issues. The spa is still under construction and is not yet operational. The main issue that we faced was a power cut in the night for 3-4 hours. Then backup power didn’t come on and calls to the reception went unanswered. As a result the heating went off and we had to leave a window open and it got cold inside. There’s also no waiting room or rest room for drivers too
