The location is really good, full of nature and surrounded by Sahyadri mountain range within the western ghats. The property is well maintained and clean. You can get your choice of food that can be prepared by local staff.

Stay needs to improve in all aspects, the cottage which was given to us was very bare minimum I had issues with the wifi also Remember Mobile networks aren't accessible, for the same price u can get far better cottages in Mahabaleshwar town with far better amenities ....Finally, my request to the owner please improve the incoming road!!

Nothing like that Suggestion would be to have a small playground for kids to enjoy also all electric switches to maintain properly

The view it was lush green on the entrance also we get to see the mountain ranges from the backyard.We get to see 👀 spices of different birds in the morning 🌄 and fireflies in the night. The badminton kit is provided ,dj,karaoke as well ,there is mini library and swing where you can just read and enjoy 😉, carrom ,chess as well,the host treated us really well you can also get breakfast, lunch and dinner on demand by paying additional charges. Also the villa is near from center 5 to 10 mins from market and 30-35 mins to pratapghar fort

It's hard to think about it but there were more positives than negatives. The bugs entered the house at night
