First of all Kristina and Floriana was so kind and helpfull. Location is the middle of the old town. Short distance to everywhere. Everything in the house is perfect. Bonus 50 meter to Michelin Star restaurant.

Door open without key will be very difficult older people.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely house in Olbia! Everything was perfectly clean, and the towels and bed sheets smelled like fresh laundry, which made us feel right at home. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we all slept very well during our stay.Upon our arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find a thoughtful welcome gift of water, Sardinian wine, and local cheese — such a nice touch that made us feel truly welcomed.Communication with the host was excellent. Every time I had a question, she replied within five minutes and always provided detailed and helpful information. The location couldn’t be better, just a 3-minute walk to Olbia’s main street, where you’ll find plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes. It was so convenient to explore the city.

House fully equipped, modern and clean, lots of storage, perfect central location. The hosts we super responsive and willing to help.

Nothing really. Would be nice to have a dedicated solution to park a car but there many options around (free or not). And the stairs may not be suited for everyone.

The flat was amazing! Great location, extremely beautiful flat, the host were very helpful and responsive with our request. The flat near all the attractions, very clean and cosy, the value is very worthy. It’s the best place we have been in all our journeys with my parents, so I recommend it 1000%.

Wonderful! The house is beautiful, the rooms are very clean, and the service is perfect. Conveniently located right next to the center, truly worth the money.
