Terme House Renovated 2BR Townhouse with Terrace, Historic Centre Olbia

It’s spacious, new, clean. Location is good, in the center of city . There is a big outdoor space , enough towels . The bed is extremely good to sleep, not too hard nor soft

The stair is too narrow, not easy to go up & down , also not able to bring luggages , especially big one up to second floor . We are fist time to Sardinia , Olbia. We didn’t know there was restricted area outside the apartment , we knew we could not park outside of the building, so we thought it might be possible to load the luggage’s & then left. The staff didn’t mention they were located in the restricted area , we need to park & pull the luggages to there. It is better to mention in the message, so we may have a plan. The careless of staffs affected our stay in Olbia .

The apartment is absolutely amazing. It is modern, thoughtfully designed, very clean and spacious. It's located really centrally. There's plenty of space inside and outside. It felt very safe and secure. The internet was fast.

The spiral stairs are a bit narrow

Amazing place. Super clean, stylish and great location. Just off the main stretch but quiet and peaceful so no noise in the day or at night. Great space, indoor and outdoor. And the hosts were amazing start to finish. Great communication and super helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone.
