Location for sure

There's no towel on the pool area, i have to bring the towel from our room, that's a bit incovinient

The staff here were absolutely outstanding. Not only did they make us feel very welcome during our entire stay but they also went above and beyond the call of duty when they discovered my daughter had left some personal belongings in her room and then had them shipped to us. Thank you!

The fridge had to be replaced twice because it didn’t work, the gym was closed, the safety box had to be replaced because it didn’t work, the room key had to be replaced because it didn’t work, etc.
