Location wise, bed & linen.

1. No greetings and intention to help from the concierge on arrival. 2. Front office missed to checked that I have made a full payment. And missed to return my ID. No greetings and hospitality on my arrival. 3. Breakfast staff misheard and made fun of my sister‘s statement. 4. All staff used no face mask. No mask and handgloves on breakfast area. 5. Handsoap dispenser filled with water instead of handsoap.

"Good location, overall good experience, but a bit inconvenient related to mask-wearing"

Location is convenient, staffs are helpful and breakfast was nice, especially the scrambled egg, it is sooo fluffy.

I don't know whether it is Surabaya's regulation on covid or whatever, but about 90% of the staffs didn't wear mask. Though pandemic situation is getting better, it is still inconvenient for me to be surrounded by people without mask. Also, what I know is that Surabaya city regulation follows national regulation (mask is not mandatory only in outdoor settings), if it is true, then the staffs without mask is a violation of regulation. Sorry but I didn't feel convenience about it.
