It was a perfect location with pool and spa facilities. Fairly clean and swift communication when required from the owner.

The caravan was very basic. We were advised on what to bring - but not even a bath mat or dish cloth. The information booklet have very little info, and when I had an issue I couldn't find the contact info of the owner or reception. Bed very uncomfortable and flimsy. We ended up setting up camp in the lounge on the sofas as it was more comfortable and warmer as the bedroom was very cold and drafty. The bedroom window and front door do not fit well (door frame attached with tape) and create cold drafts. Bedroom door handle broken, coat hooks broken and shower unbearablely hot - not advisable if you have children. Some TLC needed and it will be a great holiday let.

The caravan itself is lovely, very spacious and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. It's a short 2 minute walk to the reception/clubhouse. We didn't use the pool but it was always busy. There is a small gym which had everything needed. The entertainment/bingo was good fun and the bar prices were as expected. We also had dinner delivered one night using Just Eat and collected it from reception. We had a few runs out in the car to New Milton, Christchurch etc. and all within a 15 to 20 minute drive. Sue, the host, responded to any questions I had very quickly. All in all we had a great time and couldn't recommend enough.

Good location and near food outlets and bar but far enough to be quiet.

Good value for money, ideal for a family of four. Great communication with the owner. Great location, plenty to do at the site, lovely heated outdoor pool. Easy check-in.

It could have been a bit cleaner.
