Stay - Clean and tidy caravan. Sue was very helpful thorugh out the booking and stay as during the stay had to call maintaince staff for a small matter which was resolved. Free wifi was a bliss as well for kids ..Best bit was the facilities on the park .. no booking needed for swin/sauna/steam .. very clean shower rooms and indoor / outdoor pool catering for every ages with a working whirlpool as well.. plenty of activities during the stay if you just want to do a stacation or bournemouth is just 30min away to explore along the south coast line.. perfect place for exploring.. on site bar / cafe / restaurante is also decent choices.

We found the double bed was bit sort ( i am 5 ft 9 in ) and the Fan provided for hot days could have been replaced as was very noisy and worked intermittanly so best to bring your own if you think you will need one for the stay.

Really easy to navigate. The communication from the host was second to none. Our entertainment passes were not readily available from reception but the staff let us through with our key. I contacted the host and she called back advising definitely ordered. Went to collect the next day and they were available. Very kind host. Caravan clean and well furnished. The location of the caravan was perfect, super close to the main entertainment area, easy to locate and had a lot of sun on the terrace/veranda which was lovely in the afternoon / evening for a drink! Ample car parking right outside so not far to lug the suitcases.

There were some questionable stains on the sofa but I just placed a blanket on top. So the cleaner could do more of a thorough clean. It would have been good to have some staple items like tea, coffee, sugar and salt, oil for cooking. The host did give a list of things to pack which was great so we made sure we had our tea and coffee etc.

Had everything we needed, really good location, nice and close to site facilities

Certain parts weren’t clean including carpet, bathroom radiator, oven trays, air vent was incredibly dusty, chewing gum under one of the single beds, other parts were broken including three door frames

Well equipped caravan, good position on site, so peaceful. Everywhere was lovely and clean.

Very cosy it had everything we needed good size fridge freezer . Microwave plenty of cutlery spotlessly clean . Internet and smart tv

perfect for kids, loads of facilities included. very clean and comfortable, good location.

2nd bedroom only suitable for kids as very small, which was perfect for our needs. the mobile home gets incredibly hot very quickly.
