Family friendly home Saltburn with Seaview

Clean quiet and well appointed. Easy access great communication and property.

Tea and coffee welcome pack and local information was appreciated. Great location for us to visit eldest daughter at Teesside Uni and do our usual Feb half term beach walks.

Bins hadn't been emptied when we arrived.

It was lovely and modern, with lots of homely touches. Very much a home away from home, with a well thought out guide to the local area in the welcome hamper (a lovely and unexpected touch. The kitchen had everything you'd need. The shoe rack in the hall was also very useful. Towels were also provided.

One of the fridge trays could have done with being cleaned. That would be the only thing. Everything else was clean.

Great location for us, good facilities, clean and tidy with modern decor.

Shower water pressure was a bit rubbish!

Immaculate, comfortable house. Parking is easy too. Everything you could need is there for a great stay. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with bath and separate shower. There are plenty of fresh clean towels too. Just a short walk to the shops and close to so many places to visit. There are also local takeaways who deliver and supermarkets as well as many individual shops including coffee shops. Lovely beaches nearby. Owners have put together a neat book of places to visit, including some you wouldn't have found without that if like us, you don't know the area. A great welcome pack also thank you.

Nothing to dislike! We had difficulty finding channels on the TV but that was fine as we watched a film each evening. If we had been staying any longer we would of course have given the owners a call. But there really is nothing at all to dislike in this well maintained and cosy house.
