Family friendly home Saltburn with Seaview

The property is near the beach. It is also quiet at night. Safety is not a concern.

Lovely house in a great location. A nice little surprise of a welcome basket too. Quiet street with a lovely view from the master bedroom. I would highly recommend it and will stay again if ever needing to be in that area again.

Stayed here for a wedding at Rushpool hall, was really close and great place to stay

Space to park outside the property, arrived at 4-5pm and still room. There is a camber to the road and there was a small ditch running alongside the pavement, you did need to go carefully (my car is a little lower down). Easy enough to get keys, though you needed to go to a back alley some numbers away from the house which can be unfortunate if it's pelting it down! The place was spacious enough for family of 4-5, there was a double bed room with hairdryer, wardrobe and side tables, chest of drawers etc. Lovely view in good weather to outside and hills. The other room had 3 singles in, I believe it's adjusted to how many people are attending. We ended up only being 4 adult guests. 3 children and 2 adults could easily fit in the house. Kitchen was lovely, equipped with some oil and fridge, freezer, broom, bins, cutlery and usual pans etc. Wouldn't have minded salt and pepper, but it was good for cooking in. Living room had 2 sofas, a tv and wifi was easily connectable. Dining room had a little welcome box in, and it was lovely! Our friend is coeliac so the gluten free crisps were a bonus :) Some nice extra furniture around as well. Bathroom was huge, nice shower though pressure a tad low. Towels provided, some were a little small perhaps for the single beds/maybe for children? We did not ask for more however :) In the end we drove to the wedding venue which was 6 mins away, which was easy but couldve gotten an uber if necessary. We had a little walk nearby before rain set in, and found an aldi, mini golf, disco, excellent pub, and other places in a nearby retail park which was wonderful! Definitely stay again if we needed to.

Nothing major that we did not like. A bit of salt or pepper would've been useful but understandable why it isn't provided. The fragrance plug ins and reeds were really overwhelming in hallway and bathroom, and I get migraines so i did turn these off, didn't seem to be masking anything however like damp. Bigger towels or being made aware there were more in the cupboards if needed

Very tidy and well presented. Great location … so many places to visit within 30 minute drive
