Clean, good location close to Cleveland way and walk to Saltburn.

Didn’t like the screen on the living room window as could not see the wonderful view.

The mattress on the master bedroom bed was far too soft leading me to us both not having a good night sleep . The stairs too steep.

Not really a dislike as that would be unfair but one of the single beds is extremely squeaky and as adults in this room would have liked an additional pillow each. Perfectly adequate for children though just we were 4 adults sharing.

We had a excellent time we were close to our families and close to other places too The property was lovely and clean the welcome gift was wonderful a really nice touch We will be visiting again definitely

Comfy and well decorated

Only thing missing was a potato masher which we happened to need but wasn’t a problem!
