Amazing Apartment on hollywood beach TIDES

The amenities were great, but like many of the other comments, it lacked cleanliness. The owner was really response and accommodating. The onsite staff was less than helpful and many have bad attitudes.

A++ beautiful location right on the beach, private beach access. Unit was large and secure with amazing views. Unit was fully stocked with everything you would need including beach umbrellas and chairs. The beds are very comfy. I would definitely recommend this place.

They force you to pay for 1 week of parking even if you are only staying a couple of days. They make you purchase the key FOB for $30 and they only give you 1 for each 2 people. They don't refund the $30 even though you are expected to return the FOB. This was explained in advance, but still you get the feeling you are being ripped off so be prepared for it. The floor was a bit sandy, it could have been cleaned a lot better (you can't walk barefoot or your feet will get dirty), and there was a slight damp smell so maybe some type of air freshener is in order, or it needs to be aired out for a while. Half of the remotes didn't work, or had battery issues.

Bit dated but still good for the price you pay.

Room was spacious.

Check in was difficult. Handicap parking not enough spaces. Did not like the fact you have to pay for handicap parking. Pool dirty. The fact you had to go to the next building was not needed. Office doesn't open until 9:00am. No garbage bags or toilet paper.

We loved that this location was very close to the beach. The beds we're comfortable. It was great that the apartment had beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use!

We only had 2 toilet paper rolls for 6 of us. It would have been great if we were provided 2 rolls per bathroom. It's one of the necessities, not sure why it wasn't provided.

- very good space. Big bedrooms and bathrooms as well as storage space. - good equipped kitchen - very good location - easy access to pool and beach

- no windows or air flow in the kitchen for the smoke to flow easily - the door of the balcony is not well sealed so during winter was VERY cold inside the apartment with the AC not working as heat (only cold) - the fire alarm of the department began at 6am and we didn’t get an answer of what happened as we were all sleeping and there was no smoke in the apartment - the windows from one bedroom and the bathroom cannot be opened - for late checkout I had to pay 100 dollars! (Leaving at 17hs) - the entrance door looks forced. - the building charge as 20dollars for a Tag that we have to give back, but we don’t receive back the money.. - too much bureaucracy (and $) on the first day to access the building - they charge 7$ for EACH package received via Amazon. Maybe less $ would make sense

The person at valet parking with some attitude that he don't even answer questions just pointing with finger. Not to have access to the pool, neither to walk through the facility to the beach, they make us walk all the way to the public beach access.
