Amazing Apartment on hollywood beach TIDES

The owner of that condo was extremely helpful and had great customer service

The price of parking was ridiculous and velvet staff overnight was rude

The apartment was very comfortable and the host Ernesto was always very prompt to answer questions. A great stay.

The wifi could be better.

I loved everything about it!

Everything was amazing

It was stocked with kitchen supplies, air fryer and clean pots and pans. Everything we needed super clean and great location.

Parking was expensive and also paying for FOBs and wearing wristbands. Very expensive add ons that we didn't anticipate considering the price of the apartment already being substantial.

The apartment is beautiful , clean, nice views. Easy to get in an out of the apartment. Electronic code lock is very convenient . owners are nice and very responsive.

There are fees charged by the management of the building that I find very ridiculous and excessive. For example the parking charge is very high, they charge you $75 (a weekly price) for 2 nights stay plus $30 non refundable for the use of the FOB to get access to the different areas for every two adults. Very important, Check in was after 4pm but if you arrive after 5pm the building office is going to be closed. They close at 5pm so you are gonna have to wait until 9am next day to do your registration and get the FOBs. So be prepared to suffer for not getting access to some areas and begging to others to open the doors for you if you are lucky .

I liked there location.

I only found the Laundry on the last day, I was not guided how to go up on the first day with the bags, so on the way out they called my attention for being in the wrong elevator, but even so on the first day I asked the doorman about the elevator, which elevator is right . but he didn't even get his ass out of the chair. the television in the living room does not change channels, the remote just turns the volume up and turns it off. two controllers and that's all. it's not on the channel to sell things.

Excellent beachfront location and wonderful pools. Very well designed and equipped apartment with supportive host. Real vacation, exactly we wanted.

The unit was extremely tidy upon arrival. The host supplied several amenities for our stay. The kitchen had everything one could need, as if you were at home in your own kitchen! The host supplied ample beach towels, chairs and even sand toys! The property was lovely with beach access on the property. The pool temperature was perfect! We will be back!!!
