Central location, very clean and well maintained.

I would have appreciated a small coffee/tea nook in the room since it’s a shared kitchen/home kitchen.

"Comfortable well located rooms in Birmingham"

Just what I needed for a conference visit. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Easy to make a cup of tea in the kitchen and no difficulties with shared bathroom facilities, all of which was sparkling clean. Possible to walk to the train station. You tube, Netflix etc in the room too which was relaxing.

"Super-clean and gorgeous decor!"

Omg this place is super-clean! By far, the cleanest accommodation I've stayed at. Ever! So nice to have a host in-house instead of someone random online. Makes it much more personal. Celia is so lovely, helpful and so hardworking, it's unreal.

The living room is tiny - much smaller than what it looks like in the photos...

"Clean. Was welcomed.. and made to feel like home."

Was greeted by a lovely man who showed us around. Didn't realise we were sharing a house with them but it was OK. They let us do what we needed and no bother at all.

It was very close the birmingham areana were we needed to be. And the beds was very comfy.
