"A splendid stay for cold weather at Genting at an affordable price."

The location is quite evident. It comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a pleasant, cool retreat in Genting at a reasonable cost. We advise bringing additional clothing and socks, as the temperatures during your stay will be cool enough that an air conditioner will not be necessary. We particularly appreciated the host's provision of slippers, which were very useful on the cold tiled floor.

We hope the host will consider enhancing the self check-in instructions. We also suggest improving the signage for navigating between different areas and buildings within the facilities. A significant concern during our stay was the water heater. Given the cold climate, access to hot water is essential. Unfortunately, the water heater in the secondary bathroom was not functional. Furthermore, the water heater presented a potential safety risk as its temperature continued to rise uncontrollably during use, and the provided instructions were not helpful in resolving this issue. Additionally, the parking space was quite narrow, making it challenging to maneuver an 11-seater vehicle.

Badkamer was proper en dikke handdoeken

Enorm chemische geur in de kamer. Ook op de gang en overal in het gebouw stinkende geur. Bij het uitchecken hebben we 50 minuten moeten wachten eer we in een niet overvolle ligt naar beneden konden. Een hele slechte ervaring hierdoor ook gehad
