Comfy bed, cleanliness. There were KK Mart and MyNews Mart on the ground floor of the unit for any essential needs.

Parking is centralized for all tenants, with no designated spots assigned to specific units. Although the owner provided an access card, it was non-functional; consequently, we were required to pay the standard parking rates for the duration of our stay
