房間打掃得挺乾淨，衛浴設備還不錯。

1. 領取鑰匙的方式非常不方便，需要換電梯到不同大樓的地下室領取，動線很混亂。 2. 入住和退房流程都是透過WhatsApp 和客服人員聯繫，但是回覆不夠快，常常要等超過十分鐘，這和一般入住旅館能夠即時找到客服人員的體驗差異非常大。 3. 房間不提供水，要自己購買。 4. 房間沒有提供牙膏牙刷等用品。 5. 毛巾只有兩條，有點太少。 6. 整棟樓層的動線規劃過於混亂，容易讓人迷路。 7. 入住的大樓外觀破敗裸露，看起來有點可怕。（參考圖片） 8. 房間和走廊都有悶悶的味道。

I'm quite familiar with the location and there's 24hrs amenities if you're hungry at nite

There was construction work directly outside of my unit. It was very noisy and my family couldnt get proper rest. The wifi kept dropping and the tv gets disconnected every few minutes. Its really frustrating!
