Please note that we don't allow guest to receive external/addition guest outside of their reservation. Complementary treats provided per guest per stay at this property. Coffee, tea , sugar and coffee machine pods supplied. Flexible check in can be accommodated upon request Helpful front desk concierge 8-4 pm, also security at night after 4pm. CCTV and security cameras monitored throughout the day . £25 charge per night for fifth person to stay at the property upon advanced request. Sofa bed supplied. Such an amazing place to stay, the view is amazing, cleanliness was spot on with great facilities too, host was perfect, late booking accepted and she made sure we had everything we needed. Would highly reccomend 10/10 all round

The view is amazing, no matter is the romantic sun rise or the colorful city lights in the evening. Since the apartment is in the city center, it’s very convenient to go everywhere.

The property was in the most ideal place if you want to go shopping/night life in Leeds. The property itself was fantastic and the owner couldn't have done anymore for us, so accomodating with everything. Would definitely recommend to anyone and we will be going back next year.

"Unbeatable location & priceless on-site parking."

Brilliant location in the heart of the city. Great to have the use of the on-site underground car park. Comfy beds. Well equipped kitchenette & nice snacks, tea & coffee on arrival. Warm welcome & great communication from host.

Being in the city centre, there’s a lot of light from outside. The bedrooms have vertical blinds but really need curtains as well to make them dark for sleeping. There are some repairs needed to keep this apartment up to standard e.g. in main bathroom.
