Please note that we don't allow guest to receive external/addition guest outside of their reservation. Complementary treats provided per guest per stay at this property. Coffee, tea , sugar and coffee machine pods supplied. Flexible check in can be accommodated upon request Helpful front desk concierge 8-4 pm, also security at night after 4pm. CCTV and security cameras monitored throughout the day . £25 charge per night for fifth person to stay at the property upon advanced request. Sofa bed supplied. Bedding provided upon requesting for fifth person stay. There is a pet fee of £50 if applicable. Excellent location. Apartment was fantastic with amazing views. Even though it’s bang in the city centre it’s also quiet. Great communication before and when we arrived by the lovely owner.

The host was extremely personable and hospitable, made us feel very welcomed and went out of her way to ensure that our stay was well spent.

It didn’t come with a once a week complimentary cleaning service for persons on long term stay.

"Great central location and lovely apartment"

It's a great central location with lots of shops nearby. Great views across the city. Considering it is in the middle of the city centre it was not too noisy. It was very clean and comfortable and had a well-equipped kitchen. The host was really helpful and left treats for the kids which made them feel really welcome!

"Great location, wonderful host, delightful apartment"

Apartment was well situated, clean and generally lovely with great amenities. Nazia reached out to check in during our stay and provided a couple of welcoming touches which was a lovely way to start the weekend.

Hand towels would have been great and a mirror in the en suite but absolute minor things as the large towels provided were great and overall a wonderful stay.

"Excellent location with stunning views"

Very good central location near railway station. Easy to access flat via lift. It felt very safe and secure with a ground floor reception. Stunning views over the city, especially from balcony. Very close to supermarket, restaurants and bookshops. Light snacks provided. Good recycling facilities within the apartment complex.

Cutlery was a bit dirty and there were only two forks provided for three of us. The sink was missing a plug which made washing up difficult. Reading lights in the bedroom would be helpful. The second bathroom had no mirror. Some of the fixtures and fittings were a bit battered.
