Please note that we don't allow guest to receive external/addition guest outside of their reservation. Complementary treats provided per guest per stay at this property. Coffee, tea , sugar and coffee machine pods supplied. Flexible check in can be accommodated upon request Helpful front desk concierge 8-4 pm, also security at night after 4pm. CCTV and security cameras monitored throughout the day . £25 charge per night for fifth person to stay at the property upon advanced request. Sofa bed supplied. Bedding provided upon requesting for fifth person stay. There is a pet fee of £50 if applicable. The location was perfect in the middle of the city. The beds were super comfy. The entire apartment spotless and clean. Well stocked kitchen and lots of extras to make the stay comfortable. Nazia was a wonderful host and really looked after us

"Lovely and confortable place to stay."

The Apartment is beautiful and had all that we needed to prepare meals. Very near to all the Shopping malls and Sainsbury is right in front. Nazia took good care of us and left us some biscuits milk and snacks. Nazia is a lovely lady and is readily available and we had no problem with communications. I would difinitely stay here again the next time we are in Leeds. I fully recommend staying here & you will not regret it.

"Great central location, very well kept, amazing host"

The location is really convenient and close to all shops and restaurants, it has amazing views, the apartment is really well kept and was lovely to stay in, the host is very welcoming and made sure we were satisfied throughout our stay. The best place to stay, I definitely recommend.

"Fantastically located flat!"

A lovely apartment in a fantastically central location. Nazia was very helpful and let us check in early and was very welcoming and helpful. Apartment was very clean and well equipped, she even provided crisps and chocolate bars!! The windows provide some amazing views of Leeds. There is secure parking available if requested for an extra charge. Really recommend this place if you want a nice centrally located apartment.

"Exceptional"

Very friendly host, couldn't do enough for us. Fabulous apartment, great views and beds were comfy. Had all the necessities and more for our stay. Good, central location. Would be happy to stay again!

"Perfect"

Nazia was an exceptional host - easy to communicate with and very personable - can't fault hospitality and welcome and continued commications to check everything was ok during my stay. The apratment was perfectly situated for my needa dn the views ovr Leeds were outstanding - especially viewing 5th November firewoorks - outstanding.

"what a great host, super helpful, great views of Leeds and great location"

The host kept in touch and helped with directions she also left us treats including tea coffee snacks, fresh milk and a little birthday gift when she knew it was my birthday Everything you may need was available and we were advised to just her a message if we needed anything
