The staff on duty are kind and helpful. Unit is in good size. Modern and clean. For this unit, we got 2 bathrooms, it is a bonus We are lucky as the owner of this unit we booked from booking. com communicated well with clear email about PIN code, lock box info etc. I believe different units are owned by different owners. I have chatted with another travellers booked from another website and got a unit with a few issues.

This unit was very good. But it seems other travellers of the same building have mixed opinions. It seems highly depending on the individual unit owners, and which website you book. So far, I am very happy with what we got from booking.com

I recently stayed at Distrito Corazon and had a fantastic experience. The access to our key and apartment was incredibly easy, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. I loved the room, especially the fact that it had air conditioning, which was a great relief. The room was very quiet, exactly as I had requested, ensuring a peaceful stay. Additionally, the internet was quite fast, which was essential as I had to work during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend Distrito Corazon for a comfortable and convenient stay.

However, there were a couple of minor issues. There was only one towel in the apartment, even though we were three guests, which was inconvenient. Also, the apartment building promised a jacuzzi, but it was not working during our stay. Despite these issues, I still highly recommend Distrito Corazon for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The bed was very comfortable

The windows are so thin that you feel like you’re sleeping outdoors. Music of the streets starts at 8:30am and goes on until 1am. Nonflexible check-out is super early at 10am but check-in is late at 4pm. Makes you wonder what you’re paying for. Stains on the couch and roller blinds, leaving windows created a large pool on the ground during rain. Leaky AC. Floors were dirty. Hair in the yellow stained bed sheets. Only pool towels are provided but no bath towels, which is unhygienic. Other units offer towels of all sorts. There was no hand soap, so they bright dish soap to wash hands! Soap pumps did not work. Super old shampoo/conditioner that has not been changed for years. Showers barely have pressure and are worn down and moldy. No drain lid in one of the showers. Kitchen supplies are basic. The staff was responsive but other than changing the sheets and providing dish soap, did not offer much. The rooftop pool tiles are falling apart and is not welcoming. Too small to swim in. It’s a shame that the builders did not make a larger pool. Gym is locked and you need to find the grumpy concierge to use it. Location is excellent in terms of being in the middle of it all. I would avoid staying there unless it was half the price and only for a couple of days.

No TV ): No windows, Pool is Awful.

I did not like anything - stayed for just one night and could not sleep at all due to loud noise from the outside in combination with neighbours partying all night.

I booked this property for 5 days but could only endure one unbearable night due to the constant noise from outside and the neighbors. It was impossible to sleep, and I had no choice but to leave the very next morning. When I requested a refund for the 4 unused nights, the hosts rudely denied my request, keeping my money for a property I couldn’t even use. The apartment itself was a complete nightmare. It was dirty, poorly maintained, and had absolutely no view—just a depressing sight of another building right next door. There was barely any natural light on the so-called "balcony" because it felt like it was glued to the neighboring building. No sunlight, no fresh air, just a claustrophobic box. The noise and lack of cleanliness made this place completely uninhabitable. I’ve never had such a bad experience on Booking.com in my life. Avoid this property at all costs if you value your comfort and sanity. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone—this was a waste of money and a total disaster.

The value for money is incredible, I'd happily spend weeks here. The location couldn't be any more central, and despite being on Quinta Avenida there is no noise in the room at night whatsoever. There's a fully equipped kitchen and a huge space in the living area. the gym and pool are great additions too. The TV in the bedroom is the biggest I've ever seen. The WiFi was great too, it's perfect place to work.

There's no drinking water available in the building, I arrived very late and so a bottle of water in the room could have gone a long way.
