Nice rooftop. Friendly staff. Prime location.

Management not around. Responsive but can’t help much. Dark apartment with no natural light or windows. Balcony opens to a wall. Elevator not working. Taking 3, 4 and 5 stories up multiple times a day will deplete you. Gym equipment were out of service and not usable.

What a fantastic stay at Distrito Corazón by Boutique! The location is absolutely unbeatable. You're literally steps from the main avenue, a short walk to grab groceries, and perfectly situated for easily joining any tours. The apartment felt so spacious and comfortable for our group of four. Having two bathrooms with showers was a huge plus, and the kitchen was great. The living room even had space for two extra sleepers! We really enjoyed the cozy bedroom, the lovely terrace, and having access to a small gym

The sofa is old , broken and dirty and they failed to bring us a a bed sheets for the sofa bed or extra towel. It was a misleading advert to promote as 3 room when its only for 2 . In addition to that some of the air con in the living room wasn’t working and despite the complain we made they still didn’t come to fix it.

Horrible from start to finish! DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU WANT A TERRIBLY STRESSFUL TIME! Our bedsheets & towels were totally stained upon arrival with dirt & yellow stains ew! We text images across to the host & they did send somebody to change them.. said somebody was super rude, throwing her arms around & shaking her head asif it was somehow OUR fault!? (we had just arrived). There was 2 bathrooms & when we checked them — wow disgusting. So so dirty! At this point we decided to check the kitchen to see if it was clean.. of course it was not. The cutlery was super dirty!!!! The spatula was clartered in old food! The microwave was all dirty! Flies in the fridge & freezer!? So random. When we text with images the same rude woman arrived to clean up & was super angry with us about this!! We felt like we couldn’t mention much else as she was concerning us! Oh & she google translated to us that the kitchen/cutlery etc aren’t her job to clean..? Confused. So we just clean up the previous persons dirty dishes? Absolutely not. Shower water never got hot! We also had a flood on a rainy day & had to use the only 2 towels provided to soak some of the water up & stop it from spreading.. we text the hosts to get new towels to shower with due to this.. they said someone would be with us asap & 28 hours later we got new towels.. i mean cmon. So we had nothing to use after a shower!! We had little to zero help from booking.com who only offered us a refund of less than 10% of what we paid.. we had little to no help from the hosts who refused to refund us so we felt we had to stay as we didn’t want to loose 500$ & then pay to rebook elsewhere on top!? It was truly awful just not what I’d wish upon anybody! They’ll probably reply here to say they left the room up to standard as I’ve seen them replying that to other people too.. it was absolutely not upto standard simply see my images attached!! Sooooo bad ugh!!!

Looks amazing great location but I wish it’s had balcony and bigger pool but the ocean view it’s super clear and nice
