Distrito Corazón by Boutique Apartments MX

Excellent location just a few steps away from the 5th avenue and the beach, but quiet at the same time. It’s spacious with nice furniture, kitchen and two bathrooms. WiFi worked without issues as well if you’re looking to work remote. Hosts were very responsive with the communication and also flexible around check-in/check-out. Maintenance is on point also if you happen to run into an issues with the apartment. I recommend staying here.

The location was convenient. The apartment was mostly clean although the couch didn't smell very nice and looked dirty. But there are 2 full bathrooms which is unusual for a 1 bdrm apartment. There was a TV in both the living room and bedroom. I didn't cook, but there was a full kitchen. Would nice if there was an iron.

First off, this apartment is right in the tourist area just off 5th. When I went to look for a place on booking.com, the pin was dropped in a location away from 5th ave which is what I wanted because I like to sleep at night without the noise. I was angered to find out after booking that the location was next to 5th ave. I complained to Booking.com about this and their response indicated that they didn't understand me. Secondly, the couch was dirty in the living room and the place had a bit of a lingering musty smell. There is no view in this apartment. My bedroom window faces a wall and the window in dining room faces a dark hallway. So there is no natural light. The bathroom sink was clogged up and would not drain properly. The air conditioner in the bedroom would occasionally make some loud noise like something was breaking inside it. And on my last night it was profusely dripping water onto the floor. Not sure if it was due to all the rain that day or what. I reached out on Whatsapp to the property management and nobody even responded to my complaints. Expect loud music late into the night if you stay here as it's very close to 5th ave. Would not stay here again.

Antes de chegar no local, eu não li por completo o texto explicativo e tive um grande problema, pois o endereço mostrado no booking corresponde à rua e não ao Distrito Corazon. Eu peguei um táxi fui parar no meio do nada com várias malas e, ao perceber o erro, tive que voltar parte do caminho a pé e outra de táxi. Foi uma péssima experiência de chegada, mas todo o restante foi excelente. Sugiro mudar o endereço ou tentsr colocar com as coordenadas. Não havia travesseiros suficientes, aí usei almofadas da sala.

El departamento estaba grande, las habitaciones amplias con todo lo necesario (refrigerador, horno, estufa, aire acondicionado...) a tan solo unos pasos de la 5ta avenida. El anfitrión contestaba oportunamente a los mensajes de WhatsApp.

Cuando llegamos notamos que una de las puertas de una de las habitaciones estaba "forzada" (como si el huésped anterior se hubiera quedado bloqueado en el balcon y tuvieron que forzar la chapa). Lo reporté y no hubo mayor problema. De igual forma, la ducha de uno de los baños estaba tapada, sin embargo alguien fue a repararlo al dia siguiente.

Roof facilities are wore out. Tiles missing. Hot tub not working. Bed was very uncomfortable

Location was great, almost in 5th ave. Room was big and 2 full bathrooms, elevator, wifi, lots of sitting area on roof top.

Services: hotel ask you to check in online and part of.it is to give a 100usd as a deposit but I tried several times and wasn't able to do it. I even called my bank to make sure it wasn't my card and it WASN'T. So there was some problem with their website so I was never able to complete the checkin so I never recieved the information I needed to get in. When we arrived my friend and I we didn't have any didgital code for the entrance and there was nobody there (around 3-4 pm). We had to contact a lot of people before someone sent us the codes. We got to the appartment and there was no extra sheet for the sofa bed and no blanket on the bed...just a fitted and a flat sheet and the sofa bed was broken. By then I was texting on whatsapp with what I guess was the manager. Thet said it was too late to send some sheets for.the sofa bed and that they didn't have any blabkets. We had to by some at walmart!!! The next day the maintenace guy came to ask me for the deposit I couldnt make online, so I had to give them in cash. He "repaired the sofa bed" witch never worked either way... he repaired aswell the shower and bathroom sink that wasn't draining. Than, the maid came and gave us ONE extra fitted sheet for the sofa bed and ONE old and used blanket. She said it was the only thing she had available. They NEVER came to clean the appartment or replace the towels BUT they left and envelope to give them tips.... No hot water for more than 5 minutes, than the breakers would turn off.. ah and the classic appartment (just so.you know) has no balcony, the window from the room has a view on a wall and the other window has a view in the hallway, so NO natural light at all!!!!

- The kitchen has one burned and old skillet and one small pot the ad say that the kitchen is fuly equipped (took pics) - I had not had water everyday since I got here and that's not acceptable. I could not shower and wash dishes. the city did inform of the interaptions days prior but the host did not inform me. - The elevator has been broken since the day I got there 6 nights total (3rd floor)
