the bathroom is not so good.. the shower is mot working well and also the toilet flush..

The apartment was not fit for 5 people even though we explicitly requested that. The option for the 5th person was a flimsy foam that was the equivalent of putting a blanket on the floor. Also, one of the AC units was so loud it made it impossible to sleep with it turned on. I called the manager to complain, and they promised to.come back to me immediately, but 2 days later haven't heard back from them. We had to eventually leave the apartment and find another place to stay in the middle of the night. Horrible experience.

Its near in the mall and transportation around davao city, its clean and comfortable the unit is clean but ac is very noisy but its perfect for me.

Toilet flush not too great. Kitchen sink blocked. Very slow to empty
