1. The area is located near malls, convenience stores, banks, and pharmacies. 2. Transportation is easily accessible.

1. We booked this unit at 9pm of Dec 14 for 3 nights, thinking that we can have our late check-in at 1am on Dec 15 since our flight was delayed. Initially, the unit offered flexible and keyless check-in. However, upon booking, the owner instantly stated to cancel our booking since the unit is booked despite the advertised vacancy on the stated dates. We asked if we could have our full refund since this unit stated NO CANCELLATION, but there were no answers. Since we didn't have any other choices, we waited until the morning to get access to the unit. Initially, though, the owner of the unit was considerate to accommodate us and can easily be contacted. However, when we arrived at the building, no one's answering and since the security was not given a heads up on our booking, hence, we were forced to stay at the nearest Mcdonalds to wait up until 7am on the 15th of December. 2. The unit's interior design and setting were not as advertised. 3. The bed is a double decked type. Not suitable for couples. 4. The heater in the comfort room is not functional. 5. There is no availability for parking area reservations as stated. Free parking space is very hard to find within the vicinity of the building as well. 6. Not a keyless check-in and check out process 7. There was no 24-hour front desk service to accommodate late check-in and check out. 8. The unit was haphazardly cleaned, especially the bathroom full of the previous tenant's remnants.

Nothing .. I have stayed in the same bldg in another unit... which is awesome ..10 out of 10. This owner doesn't care about the unit... just business

A to Z... nothing is in place...worst place in davao.

I love the location of the place because it is so close to a lot of malls and markets, and it is just a ride away from everything Davao City has to offer.

I didn't like the service of the host. Though, we know it is all self service, but every time I have a query, she doesn't respond right away. For example, I asked her about the wifi password because it wasn't posted at the back of the door as she had instructed, she never responded. The host is not accommodating.

Nothing i like this places is too good on a website, swimming was close but in real sofa is broken noisy, refrigerator smells badly should someone assist when the guests arrive we are having trouble to open main door takes 40minutes before we come inside the accommodation

Good Location

Not cleaned when arrived, excuse by owner cleaner was in a hurray. We had to get the owner to send someone to empty grease and oil collector under sink due to water over flowing under shower sink, microwave very dirty and unusable…. Coach all dirty and scratched, 1 bed only had 3 legs and 1 leg was broken had to fix myself Apartment charged for 10 Adults which was too small to accommodate that amount of people would ideally accommodate only 8 people. Did not cook in apartment as not enough plates, cutlery, etc
