Camella Northpoint Property near SMX Convention

I really like the location it's in the downtown near of everything like malls,park and the swimming pool is good. the condominium unit is big good for big group.

What I didn't like is less maintenance inside of the unit. And most of all it's not totally clean .

easy access to malls

the sink is barado even in the lavatory area . aircon is not so cold .

Room was dirty upon checking in (see photos). No wifi connection in the room - when connected to wifi, got a notification saying that internet was due for payment. Overall, bad stay. Will not recommend - it saves you the hassle.

Near the airport

The pillow cases smells bad. Wiifi is not working. The title and address is deceiving Vittoria suites and a condotel but if you select the lowest price they will redirect you to a townhouse at Camella Davao. Look at pictures.

Location is good, the guards are accomodating and friendly.

In booking. Com time of check in is 12 oclock but the agent said its 3oclock. We have to wait in hours before we can get in. Not recommended if you have a flight late night and arrived early morning.

I like that the place is in a gated villa, one jeepney away from the night market,crocodile park, airport and the mall.

1. I specifically booked this unit because it boast of a swimming pool, which was under construction at the time we were there. I was half expecting that the owner would have notified me of this before we arrived (so I could have cancelled and booked another) as it isnt a mundane thing, it was actually the highlight of this unit. 2. There were molds in the shower area and toilet. The floor was slippery. 3. The check in rules were complicated, and was only provided when we arrived. It said we had to clean the room and bring the trash down to the basement (which i didnt do, because the owner was already at the doorstep when we went out). This is the first time I have booked this kind of unit where guests are supposed to clean after themselves. I mean i get that guests arent supposed to trash the room, but pls dont expect me to bring the trash out to the basement, should be part of the payment. 4. The airconditioning unit was dripping water into a bucket which was 3/4 full when we arrived, we had to empty it. It was heavy, i have a disc buldge and my husb has tendonitis. We were not expecting to do hard labor during our stay. We had to do this thrice during our stay. 5. The wi fi was spotty, and the mobile data connection is low to none. 6. The neighboring rooms were partying until late in the night, full on videoke, kids running in the halls. I thought i could relax here, but not really. Overall, i wont come back here.
