"FIX THE PROPERTY BEFORE YOU RENT IT OUT!!!!"

NOTHING!!!!

SO GROSS, DISGUSTING AND LITERALLY OUTDATED!!!! THIS PROPERTY SHOULD BE CLOSED!!! It is literally outdated, dirty with broken door knobs hanging (bedroom 1 and the bathroom). Booking.com should not let them operate! They deceived us! The photos they show on booking is far different from what you see in person! I booked room with a pool view but was transferred to another unit because of plumbing issues! I was informed about it thru email the very day. The owner stated in her email “that in the event that this unit is not available due to unforeseen circumstances, we have multiple 2 and 3 Bedroom units for rent and we will provide you a unit as beautiful as this” Really?! Are you kidding me?! So the unit that she gave us is comparable to all the units she is renting out?! It’s so disgusting! We were surprised when we enter the unit and it smells so bad with cock roaches on the floor! The door knobs in bedroom 1 and the bathroom are loosely hanging and falling off! Aircon in the bedroom 1 is so dusty and they just nailed it to the wall with a plywood! This is a joke! I had an elderly with me and this place is not safe at all! I travel a lot and never complain ever but this is the worst!!!Hope booking.com will look on to this! This is not supposed to be rented out and it’s not operational!!! I messaged the owner and showed her the photos but she never responded. Funny, because she mentioned about “please take care of our home” and “leave great review” in her pre-check in email! THIS PROPERTY DOESN’T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!!!! Hope this property will be closed so nobody will also be deceived! Photos below
